Weight Loss Foods Overview

Weight Loss Foods (blurb):

Weight loss takes hard work over a long period of time. The weight loss industry markets and promotes foods that are geared towards dispelling the false-prophecy of “get-slim quick”. There is undeniable evidence to suggest that weight cannot be lost by having one’s cake and eating it too. It takes an entire shift in one’s entire dietary paradigm to lose the pounds for good.
