Anger management classes may be sought out or mandated for those who have trouble managing their anger.  For those who feel too much shame in receiving direct help for their issues, there are a number of emerging commercial, at home, anger management courses that, while not as effective as an anger management class, still provide some treatment for a serious behavior condition.

Anger Management for Children

The more we are now learning about the severity of childhood social and behavior disorders, the more common it has become that more and more child psychologists are recommending anger management for children who otherwise have difficulties dealing with their rage and anger during a very important period of their development.
