·         Typical condom pictures will show a clear, circular tube like object made of latex. Even if the condom is colored, it still might look clear from certain angles. Although condoms are circular, most condom pictures will show that this barrier device comes in a square shaped wrapper. Condom pictures show that most condoms have reservoir tips. A reservoir tip is a small space at the tip of the condom that catches the sperm after ejaculation. The reservoir tip effectively is the part of the barrier device that prevent direct contact between sperm and the uterus. The part of the condom that covers the length of the shaft is meant to protect against sexually transmitted diseases.

·         Condom pictures of lambskin condoms will show something different than condom pictures of latex condoms. Lambskin condoms do not have a reservoir tip. They are completely round at the end. A lambskin condom is effective when it comes to preventing pregnancy but not sexually transmitted diseases. Because of that, it is not considered to be a good barrier device. Bodily fluids can easily come into contact with the vaginal walls, although sperm is usually stopped from entering the uterus. Condom pictures of lambskin condoms will also show that they are made of thinner material, which is said to enhance sexual pleasure. The main complaint about condoms is that they diminish sexual pleasure. However, unless an individual is looking for something only to prevent pregnancy and not a real barrier device, they should not use lambskin condoms.

A regular condom is usually about 6 1/2 inches, while Trojan's extra large Magnum condom is eight and one half inches. This does not mean that the condoms can only stretch to this length; in fact, most condoms can be stretched very far. Condom pictures even show condom stretched out to over a foot in length. The average girth of an extra large condom is usually not even half an inch bigger than the girth of regular condom, which is about 1.4 inches wide. Condom pictures of smaller condoms will show that they are only about an inch smaller than standard condoms. There are also condoms that are extra small. In fact, there are so many varieties of condoms that individuals have no excuse to have unsafe sex, since everyone should be able to find at least one condom that fits them properly.

No matter what size condom one is using, condom pictures will show a similar look. As a barrier device, condoms are very effective and should be used during intercourse unless one is in a monogamous relationship.
