Chiropractic School Background
A chiropractic school is a school which would offer to students the opportunity to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic. The exact requirements of a chiropractic school will vary between chiropractic schools, but some require students to have earned a bachelor's degree prior to entry into the school. This is in part because some states require individuals to have a BA before they can earn a DC, and though the number of states which do this is small, it is rising. Chiropractic schools generally have long terms of study of between 3 years without breaks, to 5 years. Chiropractic schools often include study of basic sciences along with the study of the principles of chiropractic.
